1. What documents do I need to rent a car?

To rent a car, you must provide:

  • A valid driving license

  • A government-issued photo ID or passport

  • A credit or debit card in the renter’s name

Some international renters may also require an International Driving Permit (IDP).

We operate a full-to-full fuel policy. The vehicle is provided with a full tank, and we request that you return it with a full tank. If returned with less fuel, a refueling charge will apply.

Most of our rentals include unlimited mileage. However, certain vehicles or special offers may have a daily mileage cap. Please check your booking details for specifics.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a partial fee.

Yes, but additional drivers must be registered at the time of booking or vehicle pickup. All drivers must present a valid license and meet our rental requirements.

Yes, drivers must be at least 21 years old, and some premium vehicles may require drivers to be 25 or older. A young driver surcharge may apply for those under 25.

Late returns may result in additional charges based on the number of extra hours or days. Please contact us in advance if you expect a delay.
